Sometimes I want to get up and start screaming, so we can wake up from the sleep we are all under. Yes, I say we, this includes me too.

Why do we have to have a tragic experience to be awakened?

Why do we have to be shaken to our core to change the channel we are watching?

Why do we have to witness death so we can feel alive?

I wish I could show you your wholeness even when you are broken.

Even when you are sick and hurting crawl outside on your deck and hear the birds sing.

Even when someone breaks your heart go out heartbroken and try to love again.

You are not dead.

You are still here to feel everything.

But instead, we get lost inside the dream of this physical reality and suffer so much more than we have to.

You might not like me very much after this letter because it takes away all of our excuses to not live.

Trust me I don’t like this voice that tells me to get the hell out of my comfort zone every day.

I don’t like it because it is not easy to work so hard every day.

It pains me to push my limits and put myself out there forcing change on my DNA.

But this is what you must do.

You must force change in your DNA.

ESPECIALLY AFTER LOSS.

You have a window of opportunity when your heart has been shattered.

That is when you go.

You go and force change on yourself.

You go and try to become all that you can be.

You go beyond your illusions and fears, and you step on your imaginary edge of your freedom and leap into the unknown world of new beginnings.

Because you must.

You hear me?

You must be awakened after loss.

You must make this tragedy count for your own evolution first and then for others.

You must get up after you read this and go outside and do something your heart has been asking for.

But I don’t know what that is.

And you probably don’t know either because staying inside the Waiting Room after loss silences your superpowers.

It silences your capabilities.

It silences your wisdom and your fearlessness.

And it tells you lies about yourself and your future.

And what do we do? We believe them.

It’s easier to believe the lies and stay in the smallness of our minds than look for the bigness of our destinies. (Click to Tweet!)

I will do everything in my power to get as many people out of the illusion of the impossible. And yes I know it is not easy, nobody has to educate me on that.

What we don’t know is how possible it is to force ourselves to evolve into a different experience.

We pay attention to the difficulty of a tragedy instead of the opening that is right here.

Close to the edge.

Closer than ever before.

Maybe even scarier than the loss you just experienced.

But what if it is not harder than the brokenness you feel?

What if you now have the powers to create something bigger than what the lies inside the Waiting Room tell you?

I get it though.

We are told we are weak every day.

And after a while, we believe it.

I want you to know this is not real.

You are stronger and more powerful than you can ever imagine.

And no matter how many times I have said this I will say it forever and ever.

YOU CAN DO THE IMPOSSIBLE.

Especially you.

BECAUSE YOU HAVE BEEN THROUGH THE UNTHINKABLE.

When you realize your powers you will open the door and run out.

Run to your life.

Faster than the speed of light.

Faster than your legs can take you.

Faster than your mind can fill you with lies.

Just get up and go.

Go beyond your broken heart.

Beyond the fear of the unknown.

Your destiny is waiting for you.

Don’t you dare not show up.

With a crazy mind that loves you,

Christina
