As I am getting ready to write my next book I am immersed into hundreds of books searching for timeless wisdom, wisdom that matches my perception of grief.
The ability to allow a view of grief that shows you the real experience of loss.
What is the real experience of loss?
Where does this very intense pain come from?
The pain of loss comes from a timeless place where you have known the person you have lost for many lifetimes.
It doesn’t just come from this life, but from many lives you have had together.
Every time we lose someone we love, we feel the love of all the lifetimes we have known one another. (Click to Tweet!)
When we try to heal the pain from our physical self, and not from the soul, we can only heal it so much.
We can only get to a certain understanding and no further.
But if we try to heal our loss from both our physical experience and a non-physical one, we will feel the power of healing.
We will be able to feel joy again.
So how do we go from a physical life re-entry experience to the next level of the non-physical one?
In order to do this we have to grow beyond our physical senses, beyond the visible world.
We have to reenter the non-physical reality that surrounds us.
We have to trust that there is so much more that we do not see, but is vital to our soul’s journey. When we trust that the invisible world is made of our timeless journey, with the people we loved and lost, then we can allow for healing that is so divine.
Healing that moves us to a higher realm.
Beyond what we could have imagined before this loss.
You see there is a connection between all of us dead or alive.
Imagine a thread that connects us all between lives.
Imagine a vibration that allows us to communicate with the people we love, but who are no longer in the physical world.
Trust that the connection between the physical world and the non-physical one never goes away. It never breaks. It never stops its energetic field.
Back and forth. Back and forth.
Between you and all the people you have lost and loved.
There is a deeper reality within you and around you.
A field that you can not see that connects you to the love and the consciousness of the person you have loved and lost.
There is a reality beneath this physical reality.
And it waits for you day in and day out.
It is a part of you.
And it is a part of the people we lost even more.
When we learn to participate within this field and the reality beneath the physical one, we also grow beyond the basic human understanding of grief.
We advance our soul by piercing the physical veil that keeps us inside a box with the basic senses of the physical world.
We don’t belong there.
We belong outside of that physical box, dancing with the field around us.
Connecting with consciousness.
You might be asking how can we do this.
First and foremost trusting that there is more than what you can see is very important.
When you believe this, then the energy around you will start to send you moments of synchronicity, signs from the cosmos and above all intuition and a larger capacity to witness yourself from a higher realm. From a non-physical place.
Your homework for this week is to spend time closing your eyes.
Yes. You read right. 🙂
Close your eyes and imagine the energy around you.
What do you see?
Then send your thoughts to that energy, speak to it.
Ask anything you want.
I bet you there will be a response.
Simplicity is key in accessing the non physical energetic space that surrounds you and holds your beloveds. (Click to Tweet!)

WOW! This has been my thinking for the last month as I move into my fourth year.
I am experiencing a back and forth. You make me realize that I am doing OK, even when I cry or feel tired. Thank you for all the help you give.
Love this!! Very true. I hold him close every day and feel his presence in my heart and behind my eyes. Sometimes with a sting of tears but I greet him..say this to him and every day tell him he is loved and remembered. I always get what I know always re signs from him..it never fails. Thank you for sharing this. It is much needed the connection between the physically living and the beige of light that used to have bodies always tend now don’t need them. I know ..I know mine is with me..always tended always will be.
The minute I met my husband at 16 I knew I had known him forever and said that’s the guy I’m gonna marry. I believe we had many lifetimes together. The tie is so strong even in death. We were together 46 years.
