There is a place deep inside of you that yearns for love and calm.

This place has not been heard during the last few days during the unrest of our world.

Today, I want to take you back there, where you can reclaim your calm and find your own way home.

Close your eyes and take a really deep breath.

The breath is one of those breaths where you let go of all that you have been holding on to. You breathe out and everything difficult, painful and lonely goes out with that one breath.

You can feel the unrest leave your body and in its place this feeling of beingness is present.

You are able to let go of fear and uncertainty.

And as you breathe fear and uncertainty out you feel joy and goodness come back in.

Now, let’s take a little journey to this reclaimed space that has come back to you and let’s fill it with hope, love and above all a knowing that all will be well.

Deep down you know that you are just going through a global change and it looks messy and uncertain, but that doesn’t mean that there is true uncertainty.

As a matter of fact, you are now aware of your own strengths and abilities to bring yourself back to a safe place within, where everything is as it should be.

I know this might feel a little hard to do, but if it does you have to remember that you are born to do this.

You are born to reclaim your own serenity.

You are in charge of peace, joy and love.

No presidents, no leaders and no authority can ever take away your inner deep calm. (Click to Tweet!)

Can you feel the truth of this in your body and soul?

I had to do this exercise for myself today, as I too felt so many things and was a little out of my happy space.

I was irritated with everyone. I was harsh and I was truly lost without my inner compass.

As you know, every week I bring words to you that I use for myself.

I bring to you my life so we can walk to a better place together.

So today, I want to ask you to breathe out uncertainty and breathe in knowing.

Breathe out fear and breathe in calm.

Will you please spend two minutes doing this exercise?

With peace and love,

Christina

PS. We have been raising money for Erin’s husband, and set up a fund, as he needs all the help we can give him. We have already raised close to 2,000 dollars and every penny will go to him. If you find it in your heart to donate here is the link. We will be transferring the funds to him early next week.
