You are perfect.

So very perfect.

You have such beauty inside of you.

How do I know?

I know because you have been through so much.

When I look at myself in the mirror I see the depths that I have travelled the losses that I experienced.

I remember falling down on my knees, and staying there for so long.

I remember getting back up and looking as if I had gone to battle the night before, but I was so invisible to everyone else.

I remember the internal screams, the sorrow and the everlasting pain.

I remember so much.

Now those memories have become features on my face.

When I see the woman in the mirror I see so many journeys, so many lives, all in one.

Because of those journeys, I know how special I am.

So today I am going to ask you to look at yourself in the mirror and see the depths of YOU.

You are so dimensional…

….but you are only seeing what the people around you

..see

Remember I became invisible to others.

And if your life is a little bit like mine was…. my guess is that you are also invisible.

They don’t see the depths you have within you.

They don’t see how much you have survived.

How many times you were turned down and you went back to ask again.

How many times you were ignored.

How many times you had to say goodbye to the people you loved.

How many times you died and came back.

Only you know.

Only you know your own strength.

As I know mine.

And what I know is spectacular and breathtaking.

It becomes more and more clear to me how much I survived the longer time goes by.

The further away I am from the battlefield.

Listen to me…hear me through that other dimension nobody else can see but you.

You are unlike anyone else.

You can do things others cannot do.

Because of your loss you have become superhuman.

YOU ARE SPECIAL.

A few nights ago as I was asleep in the middle of the night a voice woke me up that kept repeating these words: You are special. You are special. You are special.

I don’t know where that voice came from and it took me a few days to have the guts to share this.

As it is a little strange even for me.

But it reminded me that I am so very special, and I wanted to use this letter today to be that voice for you.

Please don’t forget your dimensions.

Your depths. Your journeys.

Your extraordinary ability to walk on the edge of life and not fall.

To run and not be out of breath.

Because you have many breaths you have taken that nearly killed you.

You know the breaths that go all the way inside like an endless arrow?

You breathe like that.

So don’t forget you are the master of breathing new life inside of you because of the multidimensions you have within you.

Now breathe. Like I KNOW YOU CAN.

Breathe and feel very very special.

With thousands of endless breaths,

Christina
