Christina Rasmussen

Christina Rasmussen is an author, speaker and social entrepreneur who believes that grief is an evolutionary experience required for launching a life of adventure and creative accomplishment. Her mission is to bring forth the Grief Industry into the 21st century and help millions of people break out of The Waiting Room with her Life Reentry® Model. She created this model to demonstrate that when people are told to wait for time to heal them they go to a place between two lives – the life they leave behind after loss and the life they have yet to experience. But they stay stuck in the space between due to the brain’s addictive and automatic tendencies to resist change of any kind.

Christina uses the basic principles of brain science and quantum physics to change the patterns and habits of grief. She writes a weekly blog on her www.secondfirsts.com website that ignites life after loss for over 50,000 people. She teaches her Life Reentry® and Beyond Reentry classes in her community platform www.thelifestarters.com. Currently, Christina is in the process of building an education and training arm of her organization called www.LifeReentry.com which will ultimately train social workers, therapists, guidance counselors and hospice workers to take people from loss to Life Reentry® and Beyond.

Christina’s work has been featured on ABC News, NPR, The White House Blog, and other networks and media platforms. She is the bestselling author of Second Firsts, and is currently working on her next book “Where did you Go” which will be published by Harper One at the end of 2018. She also just launched a brand new platform called www.starletters.comChristina believes that in the future we will learn how to effectively use our brain and the quantum world that surrounds us to consciously create our physical reality.

In her spare time she loves writing fiction using her expertise of the brain and quantum physics to create fantasy worlds that allow humanity to be immersed in a universe that could ignite possibilities. Her upcoming fiction book “Livia Wood” is a trilogy. For more info visit www.liviawood.com.

“When it’s your time to go, you won’t wish you’d spent more time grieving. You’ll wish you’d spent more time living.”
